Eligibility Criteria for 3 Marla Scheme

1. Must Be a Resident of Punjab: Resident of the Punjab province, including Lahore, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Bhakkar, Chiniot, Gujrat, Jhang, Jhelum, Kasur, Khushab, Layyah, Okara, Sahiwal, Lodhran, Mandi Baha-Ud-Din, Rajanpur, Sargodha, and Vehari. Only those living in Punjab or with a valid Punjab domicile are eligible.
2. Must Not Own Any Plot or House: One of the main goals of this scheme is to help landless families. So, if you already own a plot, house, or any residential land, you cannot apply.
3. Must Have No Criminal Record: Applicants must be law-abiding citizens with no criminal background.
4. Application Form Must Be Complete: The application process may seem simple, but attention to detail is essential. Your form must be completed entirely and correctly, and all required documents must be attached.
5. No Bank Defaulter: The applicant must not be a defaulter of any bank in the previous loan scheme.

How to Apply for the 3 Marla Plot Scheme?

1. Visit the Official Portal – Start at the official online e-portal of the AZAG (Apni Zameen Apna Ghar). Register or Log In
2. Login or Signup – If you’re a new user, you must create an account using your CNIC, mobile number, and basic details. Log in using your credentials if you already have an account for applying to other schemes and programs.
3. Fill Out the Application Form – Once logged in, go to the application form section. Select the 3 Marla Scheme by Maryam Nawaz Sharif and fill in all required information, including:
   • Personal details (Name, CNIC, Address)
   • Family size
   • Monthly income
   • Employment Details
4. Upload Required Documents – Scan and upload clear copies of the following:
